SHIPPING & DELIVERY

NEROLI ships worldwide to most countries. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Denmark: 1–3 working days

  • Europe: 4–7 working days

  • Rest of the world: 6–10 working days

We ship with GLS for Danish orders and PostNord for international orders. You can choose delivery to your home address or the nearest parcel shop, depending on availability in your area.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Packaging
At NEROLI, we prioritize sustainability, which is why we often use recycled boxes and paper for our packaging. Our green protective fill is biodegradable and made from natural, non-toxic materials like cornstarch or wheat, which dissolve when in contact with water. We encourage you to make the most of it: Let your kids have fun playing with it in the sink under running water, compost it in your compost bin, or save it for reuse the next time you need to send a package ♻️

Local pickup
We offer free local pickup from our shop at Birkegade 6, 2200 Copenhagen N.
Simply select local pickup at checkout — we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Customs
We ship from the EU. Please note that orders placed for delivery outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties and fees imposed by the customs authorities in the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns on online purchases within 14 days of delivery (including weekends).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The item must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you received it. The return deadline is met if the item is shipped before the 14-day period expires.

To initiate a return, please notify us by email at info@neroli.dk.

All items must be returned in their original condition. Once received, you are responsible for the item’s state and any loss in value caused by handling it beyond what’s necessary to assess its nature and function — as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond this, it may be considered used and a partial refund or no refund may be issued. Assessment is made at NEROLI’s discretion.

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

If preferred, you’re welcome to return your online order in person at our shop, provided the item complies with our return guidelines.


WARRANTY

All products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act. This warranty covers any defects in software, materials, and workmanship.

Complaints regarding defects or errors must be reported to NEROLI within a reasonable period after receiving the goods. We consider a maximum of 2 months to be a reasonable time frame, unless otherwise agreed upon. In such cases, we will also reimburse reasonable shipping costs for returns.

The warranty will be void if the items have been mishandled or used in an improper or unusual manner.

NEROLI will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
