NEROLI offers carefully selected, high-quality vintage items within home decor and furnishings. Each item's condition, as assessed by us, is clearly stated. We strive to provide detailed descriptions and thorough documentation of every vintage piece to ensure customer expectations are met.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
PAYMENT
NEROLI accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, and ApplePay. Additionally, we also accept MobilePay as a payment option.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or marked as ready for local pickup, or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
Amount reserved
When using a payment card, debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount traded for. This amount is reserved until NEROLI has processed and shipped your order. When the order is dispatched, the amount will be withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Debit card authorization
When using a Debit Card, you will be able to see that money is reserved on your account and your available amount will therefore appear to be less.
If you or NEROLI cancels the order, then NEROLI will not be able to withdraw the money from your account, but you will still be able to see the reservation amount on your account for some time. Note, that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such reservation.
Credit Card authorization
The money will be withdrawn from your account when NEROLI processes and withdraws the payment from your order. The transaction will now appear in your bank overview.
Pricing, VAT, and Secure Payment Information
All prices on the website include VAT. However, our vintage items are sold under the special margin scheme for second-hand goods. This means that VAT is not separately itemized and cannot be reclaimed by buyers.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

NEROLI uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
NEROLI ships worldwide to most countries. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. During public holidays, the time of delivery must be expected to be longer.
When the item is dispatched from our warehouse, the typical delivery time is:
Denmark: 1-3 working days
Europe: 4-7 working days
Other destinations: 6-10 working days
For Danish orders we use GLS for shipping, and for international orders we use Postnord. You can choose to have your package sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop if available for your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are determined by the weight of the item. Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
Local pickup
We offer free local pickups for customers who live in Denmark. You will be prompted to choose local pickup at checkout.
When your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email.

Customs
We ship from the EU. Please note that orders placed for delivery outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties and fees imposed by the customs authorities in the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient.
RETURNS
All items must be returned in their original condition. Once the item is in your possession, you are responsible for its condition and any decrease in value resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality. This means you should handle the item in the same manner as you would if shopping in a physical store. If the item is used or tested beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and its value will be diminished. In such cases, you may receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item's condition. The evaluation of the condition is at NEROLI's discretion. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned goods do not meet our return requirements. You may return online orders in person at our showroom, provided the item meets the conditions stated above.
WARRANTY
All products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act. This warranty covers any defects in software, materials, and workmanship.
Complaints regarding defects or errors must be reported to NEROLI within a reasonable period after receiving the goods. We consider a maximum of 2 months to be a reasonable time frame, unless otherwise agreed upon. In such cases, we will also reimburse reasonable shipping costs for returns.
The warranty will be void if the items have been mishandled or used in an improper or unusual manner.
NEROLI will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
