NEROLI does not resell personal information and does not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can request to have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with NEROLI, we need the following information:

Registration of your personal information is used for the sole purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with NEROLI and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly of what information is being collected and why.
The founder and employees for NEROLI have access to the information recorded about you.

We use log statistics at neroli.dk, which means, we have a statistics system, that gathers information, that can supply us with a statistical indication of, how many visitors the site has, where they are from, and on which landing page they leave the site and more.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact us at info@neroli.dk
You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
It is prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits can be changes. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link: http://ec-europa.eu/odr
