Laura Storbjerg mirrors

We’re pleased to present a series of handcrafted mirrors by architect Laura Storbjerg. Each piece is made from reclaimed 100-year-old pine boards and discarded mirrors, carrying traces of material history and past use. No two mirrors are alike.

Working closely with material in a tactile and analog process, Laura Storbjerg explores surface, contrast, and the way light interacts with place and surroundings. The mirrors are conceived as reflections of context — expanding and returning light, even in its absence — and as quiet studies of how we relate to the objects and environments that surround us.
